Non-incisional or incisional?
MOOi's non-incisional method creates three to five micro openings and fixes the crease with sutures or natural-adhesion technique, so swelling is light, scarring is barely visible and you can return to daily life immediately with no stitch removal.
The incisional method opens the whole crease line, removes excess skin, fat and muscle, then anchors the crease to the tarsal plate. It holds a permanent line and can correct asymmetry, with sutures removed about seven days later.
Ptosis and under-eye are different problems
If you cannot open your eyes fully without lifting your brows, the cause is the levator muscle. A crease alone will not fix it, so MOOi measures levator function first and corrects the muscle at the same time as designing the crease, taking about an hour.
MOOi's under-eye work is built on repositioning rather than removal: the tear-trough ligament is released and the herniated fat is moved down to fill the hollow. The approach is transconjunctival, so there is no external scar and no stitch removal.
