Double eyelid surgery (non-incisional, incisional, natural adhesion)

MOOi chooses the double eyelid method by eyelid thickness, fat volume and skin condition, offering non-incisional, incisional and its own natural-adhesion technique. Surgery takes about 30 minutes and daily life resumes immediately.

Ptosis correction

MOOi treats ptosis at the source by strengthening and repositioning the levator muscle rather than only changing the outer appearance. Surgery takes about an hour.

Epicanthoplasty & canthoplasty

MOOi designs inner, outer, upper and lower corner openings against overall facial proportion rather than simply enlarging the eye, using tension-dispersing incisions to minimise scarring. Surgery takes about an hour.

Under-eye surgery (fat repositioning)

MOOi's under-eye surgery does not simply remove fat: the tear-trough ligament is released and the herniated fat is repositioned into the hollow. The transconjunctival approach leaves no external scar and takes under 30 minutes.

Midlife eye surgery (upper & lower blepharoplasty)

MOOi's midlife eye surgery combines functional relief from hooded upper lids with correction of under-eye bags, removing only as much skin as needed so the eye does not look hollow. Surgery takes about an hour.

Revision double eyelid surgery

MOOi approaches revision as treatment: identify the exact cause — a crease set too high, a released line, asymmetry or weak levator function — then redesign one-to-one. Surgery takes one to two hours.

Type-based rhinoplasty

MOOi separates nose work by problem type — flat, short or upturned, deviated, humped, bulbous and long noses — and corrects the underlying structure after a 3D-CT assessment. Surgery takes about two hours.

Implant-free rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty using only the patient's own tissue — conchal, septal or rib cartilage — to minimise foreign-body sensation and rejection risk. Surgery takes about two hours.

Closed rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty performed entirely through intranasal incisions with no external columellar cut, leaving no visible scar, with less swelling and faster recovery. Best for dorsum or tip refinement without a full rebuild. About 90 minutes.

Custom 3D-printed implant rhinoplasty

MOOi simulates the nose from a 3D-CT scan and prints an implant that matches the patient's own nasal bone, so it sits stably with less movement and fewer complications from poor fit. Surgery takes about 90 minutes.

Alar reduction & alar lifting

A short procedure of about 15 minutes that narrows wide alae or lifts drooping ones, with the incision placed internally or externally depending on alar thickness and position. It is one of the most published case groups on MOOi's review board.

Revision rhinoplasty

MOOi starts revision by diagnosing the cause — infection, deviation, a shifting or visible implant, a thinning tip — then removes the old material safely before rebuilding the framework, using the patient's own rib cartilage when long-term strength is needed. About two and a half hours.

Cheekbone reduction

MOOi measures the facial skeleton in degrees and centimetres, then plans the osteotomy range against the nerve path to narrow the face from both front and side. About 90 minutes under general anaesthesia.

Square jaw reduction

MOOi's jaw reduction follows one continuous curve to avoid a secondary angle and step deformity, after precisely mapping the mandibular nerve. A thick masseter or excess fat is treated with muscle reduction or liposuction at the same time. About 90 minutes.

Genioplasty (advancement, lengthening, reduction)

MOOi's genioplasty can advance, set back, lengthen or shorten the chin; for a wide chin a 'ㅅ'-shaped osteotomy removes a central segment so the chin narrows on frontal view. About 90 minutes under general anaesthesia.

Fixation pin removal

Removal of the pins or plates used to fix bone after previous contouring surgery, for patients who feel discomfort at the fixation site. About 30 minutes to an hour under general anaesthesia, with daily life resuming after roughly a week.

Forehead lift

MOOi lifts the forehead through four roughly one-centimetre incisions inside the hairline, softening forehead lines, a dropped brow and heavy upper eyelids. Surgery takes one to two hours.

SMAS face lift

MOOi's face lift pulls the SMAS layer where sagging originates rather than only the outer skin, so the result is clearer and longer-lasting. Surgery takes two to three hours under sedation or general anaesthesia.

Mini lifting

MOOi's mini lift pulls four layers — retaining ligaments, SMAS, epidermis and dermis — giving a stronger lift than device-based tightening. It suits early to moderate sagging of the cheek and lower face.

Male eye surgery

MOOi's male eye surgery aims for a brighter, sharper eye without an obviously visible crease. It takes about 30 minutes with no wound-care visit and no stitch removal, and daily life resumes immediately.

Male rhinoplasty

MOOi designs the male nose so the dorsum flows from the brow ridge, giving a masculine rather than feminine curve, planned from a 3D-CT scan of the internal structure. Surgery takes about an hour.

Facial fat grafting

Volume restoration with the patient's own fat in the forehead, cheeks, nasolabial folds and under-eyes, using the stem cells within the fat tissue to improve graft survival. Surgery takes about 30 minutes.

Double-chin muscle tying

MOOi treats the double chin by addressing both fat and the platysma-level muscle, tying the muscle tighter instead of relying on liposuction alone, so the jaw and neck line become sharper.

Skin boosters
