Double jaw surgery (two-jaw orthognathic surgery)

The upper and lower jaws are repositioned together to correct both the bite and facial proportion. GLAM plans it alongside facial contouring, uses SSRO without post-operative inter-maxillary fixation, and anaesthesia is handled by its resident anaesthesiologist.

Surgery-first double jaw surgery (no pre-operative orthodontics)

Operate first, then decide on orthodontics. GLAM reports that in about half of Dr Lee Tae-sung's cases no orthodontics was needed before or after surgery, a finding published in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Occlusal plane rotation for mouth protrusion

A published technique that rotates the occlusal plane instead of simply retracting the mouth, correcting protrusion without a collapsed lip line and keeping the nose–lip–chin profile continuous.

Cheekbone reduction with a high L-osteotomy

GLAM performs the L-osteotomy higher and more medially than the conventional line so that the para-orbital and 45° cheekbone are genuinely reduced at the first operation.

Square jaw surgery: long-curved ostectomy including the MVP

GLAM reduces the jaw with a long-curved ostectomy plus cortical shaving that includes the maximal volume point (MVP), so the change reads from both the front and the side without erasing the mandibular angle entirely.

V-line surgery with a T-osteotomy and long-curved ostectomy

GLAM builds a V-line with a T-shaped chin osteotomy: the central bone segment is removed, the two side segments are drawn together and pinned, and the jaw is trimmed with a long-curved ostectomy — the goal being to reduce the space between the mouth corner and the jawline.

Facial bone and contouring revision surgery

Revision for an under-corrected result, a secondary angle, asymmetry or an unreduced 45° cheekbone. GLAM re-plans from CT and publishes CT before/after boards that include revision cases.

Preventing sagging after contouring surgery

When bone volume drops, soft tissue is relatively excess and can sag. In the same operation GLAM performs intra-oral sub-mental muscle plication, deep-cheek fat removal and fascial suspension, adding Oligio X radiofrequency lifting when required.
