Non-incision double eyelid surgery (buried suture)

A buried-suture technique that creates the double-eyelid fold with sutures instead of an incision, leaving virtually no scar and minimal swelling. Wonjin's suture pattern is designed to reduce the risk of the fold loosening later.

Incision double eyelid surgery

One of the most widely used techniques: the surgeon incises along the designed fold line and removes excess fat and skin, producing a defined, long-lasting crease — ideal for thicker eyelids.

Ptosis correction surgery

Corrects a weak levator muscle that makes the eyes look sleepy and half-open, tightening the muscle so the eye opens wider while shaping a balanced double fold.

Epicanthoplasty (inner corner)

Releases the inner-corner fold so the eye looks longer and the inter-eye distance narrower; usually combined with double-eyelid surgery for a continuous fold.

Rhinoplasty for a low nasal bridge

Raises the bridge in proportion to the face using an implant and/or autologous cartilage, with tip refinement from ear or septal cartilage for a natural line.

Revision rhinoplasty

Corrects problems from previous nose surgery — implant deviation, a crooked bridge, thin or reddened tip — after assessing scar tissue and remaining soft tissue to plan cartilage use.

Complex facial contouring (cheekbone + jaw + chin)

Reshapes the cheekbones, jaw angle and chin together so the facial outline flows into a V-line, planned precisely from a 3D CT scan.

Two-jaw (orthognathic) surgery

Repositions the upper and lower jaws to correct malocclusion, protrusion or a receding chin — improving both function and facial balance, planned together with an orthodontist.

Breast augmentation

Implant-based augmentation that increases volume and reshapes the breast in proportion to the body, with implant type (round, Motiva, BellaGel Micro) and incision site chosen per patient.

Liposuction body contouring

Fat cells are loosened and suctioned through a cannula to slim targeted areas, removed evenly to avoid surface irregularity and skin laxity.

Lifts sagging tissue with absorbable threads placed along the direction of descent, stimulating collagen without major surgery.
