Urine organic acid testing at Cellora: reading metabolism at cell level

Organic acids are intermediates and by-products of metabolism. When a step in the energy cycle stalls, certain intermediates accumulate and appear in urine at higher levels, so measuring them is an indirect read on what is happening inside the cell.

A commonly used cluster reflects the citric acid cycle, tied to mitochondrial energy production. People with chronic fatigue whose basic blood work looks normal often gain extra information here.
