Restores lost volume and rebalances facial proportion

Dermal fillers — Lienjang Plastic Surgery

In short

Lienjang's fillers are hyaluronic acid injections that replace lost volume in the under-eye, temple, nasolabial fold or chin and rebalance the facial outline. A session runs 15–30 minutes, the result is visible immediately and generally lasts six to eighteen months depending on the product and area.

How it works

Hyaluronic acid binds many times its weight in water. Placed in the right plane it works as a scaffold and volumiser, so the shadows created by fat-pad and bone loss become shallower.

What the clinic highlights

  • Filler viscosity is matched to the site — the under-eye needs a softer gel than the chin.
  • The doctor reads the whole facial frame before injecting, not only the spot the patient points at.
  • HA filler can be dissolved with an enzyme if the result is not what you wanted.

Who it suits

  • Want an immediate result within one trip

Aftercare

  • Do not press or massage the treated area for the first week.
  • Avoid high heat, sauna and alcohol for two to three days.

FAQ

  • How long until the filler settles?

Swelling peaks in the first 48 hours and settles over one to two weeks; the under-eye usually takes longest.

  • Can I fly home the next day?

Flying is fine, but allow time for swelling to settle and tell the doctor your flight date so the plan can account for it.

  • How is it different from a skin booster?

Filler builds shape and volume; a skin booster spreads through the skin to improve hydration and quality without creating structure.
