Eye revision surgery

Private's eye revision starts by diagnosing why the previous surgery failed, then correcting each issue. Surgery takes about 90–120 minutes, stitches come out around day 7 and most patients return to work within 5–7 days.

Double eyelid surgery: non-incision and incision

Private performs both the non-incision 'natural adhesion' technique with nine fixation points and the incision method. The non-incision takes about 20 minutes with stitches out in 3–4 days; the incision method takes 30–40 minutes with stitches out in 5–7 days.

Ptosis correction

Ptosis correction tightens the link between the levator muscle and the tarsal plate so a sleepy eye opens wider and sharper. It takes 30–40 minutes, stitches come out in 5–7 days and make-up is possible after 5–7 days.

Epicanthoplasty, lateral and lower canthoplasty

Performed through the conjunctiva, so there is no external scar and no stitches to remove. Bulging fat is redistributed into the tear trough; the procedure takes about 30 minutes with 2–3 days of recovery.

Revision rhinoplasty

Private's revision rhinoplasty begins with an assessment of height, length, the nasolabial angle and any contracture. Surgery takes 90–120 minutes, stitches come out at day 7 and recovery takes 5–7 days.

Nose tip surgery without an implant

Refines the tip alone with the patient's own cartilage so it flows naturally from the existing dorsum. Takes 40–50 minutes.

Augmentation rhinoplasty for a low dorsum

Builds a dorsum that runs smoothly from the glabella to the tip. Takes about 60 minutes with stitches out at day 7.

Short nose correction

Lengthens a short or upturned nose to an angle that balances the face. Takes about 90 minutes.

Long nose correction

Facial fat grafting

Fat is harvested from the thigh, abdomen or flank, purified and injected where volume is missing, focusing on the midface so the face looks smaller and more three-dimensional. Takes about 60 minutes.

Dermal filler

Volume and deep folds are filled with hyaluronic-acid fillers that can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Takes about 10 minutes with an immediate return to daily life.

Botulinum toxin (Botox)

Botulinum toxin softens dynamic wrinkles or reduces muscle bulk. Takes about 10 minutes; the effect appears over one to two weeks.
