Revision is harder than a first rhinoplasty because the true cause — contracture, inflammation, deviation or an unsuitable implant — has to be identified first. Epic uses 3D CT analysis to plan the correction and to choose between autologous rib, donor rib, septal or ear cartilage.

Surgical steps
