Non-incision double eyelid surgery

Epic's non-incision double eyelid technique creates the fold through tiny punctures that bond skin to the eyelid muscle, so the crease looks innate rather than stitched. It takes about 20 minutes, needs no suture removal and produces minimal swelling — best for thin eyelids with little fat or muscle.

Ptosis correction (levator surgery)

Ptosis correction adjusts the muscle that lifts the eyelid so more of the iris is exposed, removing the sleepy look and the habit of raising the brows to see. Epic performs both incision and non-incision versions depending on eyelid thickness and how severe the droop is.

Epicanthoplasty (inner & outer corner)

Epicanthoplasty releases the Mongolian fold covering the inner corner, making the eye look longer and more open while adjusting corner direction and narrowing wide-set eyes. Epic keeps the incision on the inner side of the corner so scarring stays hidden.

Under-eye fat repositioning

Bulging under-eye fat makes the face look tired and older. Epic decides between simple fat removal and repositioning the fat into the tear trough, so the area looks smooth and bright instead of hollow. The procedure takes about 30 minutes with no suture removal.

An endoscopic forehead lift treats everything from the forehead to the eyelids in one operation, working through small incisions hidden in the hairline. It gives the strongest lift with a surprisingly quick recovery, ideal when forehead lines and lid sagging occur together.

Autologous fat grafting

Fat grafting refills hollow areas — temples, forehead, under-eyes and cheeks — to restore facial volume and a youthful curve. Because it uses your own tissue there is no allergy risk, and once the graft takes it lasts far longer than filler.

Thread lift

A thread lift is a non-surgical option that uses absorbable threads to pull sagging skin upward while stimulating collagen. It suits early laxity that does not yet need a facelift, takes little time and lets you return to normal life immediately.
