Double eyelid surgery

Dream designs the fold from the orbital proportion, eyelid thickness and levator strength, then selects the buried-suture, partial-incision or full-incision technique that fits the individual eye.

Epicanthoplasty & lateral canthoplasty

Epicanthoplasty releases the fold covering the inner corner so the eye looks longer, while lateral canthoplasty widens the outer corner. Both are usually combined with double-eyelid surgery for balance.

Under-eye fat repositioning

Instead of removing the herniated under-eye fat, the surgeon repositions it into the tear trough so the lower lid blends smoothly into the cheek and does not hollow out with age.

Upper & lower blepharoplasty

For upper lids that droop over the crease and crepey lower lids, excess skin is removed and the muscle re-draped so the eye opens up and looks younger.

Ptosis correction

A weak levator muscle makes the eye look sleepy and forces the brow to compensate. Dream adjusts levator tension and forms the double-eyelid crease in the same operation.

Rhinoplasty (augmentation)

Dream combines an implant for the dorsum with the patient's own cartilage at the tip, so the bridge lines up with the forehead while the tip stays soft and natural.

Rhinoplasty by nose type

A humped, deviated, drooping or short nose each needs a different technique, so Dream classifies the problem first and then plans the operation case by case.

Revision rhinoplasty

Revision work must account for the old implant, scar tissue and remaining soft tissue. Dream generally removes the previous implant and rebuilds the framework with the patient's own cartilage for long-term safety.

Nose reduction

For wide alae or a bulbous tip, the alar width is reduced and the tip cartilage reshaped to a smaller proportion while keeping the airway intact.

Closed rhinoplasty

The closed technique inserts the implant through an intranasal incision, so there is no external columellar scar and less swelling — suited to dorsal augmentation without major framework work.

Two-circle facial analysis

Dream's in-house analysis reads the face as two circles from the front and the side to decide which parts of the skeleton to reduce and which to preserve.

Facial contouring (jaw, zygoma, chin)

Covers mandible angle reduction, zygoma reduction and chin narrowing, with the osteotomy line planned around bone thickness and nerve position.
